To be considered for the role of Development Technologist you must be degree educated as a minimum in materials science, chemistry, polymer chemistry or a similar subject. You must also have experience in industry in working with resins. As a Development Technologist you will be responsible for leading and delivering R&D projects, supporting product development and ensuring quality standards are complied with across all areas of responsibility. Role requirementsDegree educated in materials science, polymer chemistry, chemistry or a closely related subject. PhD highly desirable.Previous industrial experience in working with composite materials. Ideally, 2+ years and for aerospace or automotive applications.Hands on experience with various analytical techniques used for resin development and formulation.Any experience in being able to develop prepreg formulations is beneficial for the role.
