Rapid scale-up of R&D and Production facilities to meet growing demand with multiple Key hires across Leadership, Scale-up and commercial operations. Smart4Chemicals engaged for 38 Hires across an 8-month period. Roles split between air-sensitive inorganic R&D and scale-up and niche applications of chemicals into electronic applications.

Tailored recruitment and attraction campaign to target UK specialty chemical sector utilising the niche sector and impact of sustainable chemistry. International headhunt campaign to identify an attract key industry experts from USA, China and Korea.
The result
Six Headhunted experts identified and secured from industry experts across Europe, China and USA. Successful secured eight R&D leaders to manager plant, pilot-plant and R&D facilities supported by 12 PhD Chemists and 12 MSc R&D Chemists.
